All visa applicants must first request for their visa through the E-Visa system: http://evisa.mfa.ir/en/

After submitting their request through the E-Visa system,  the applicants must personally submit the following documents to the Consulate Section of the Iranian Embassy in Ljubljana:

1-Original Passport (with at least 6 months validation)

2-Print of your E-Visa request

3-For Entry Visa or travelling as a group with tourist agencies Authorization Number from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of I.R. Iran

4-One Passport Size Photos

5-Visa Fee:

Please note that the Embassy will not accept cash and the visa fee should be payed via Banks (Payment via post offices will not be accepted by the Embassy).

Some important advice before fulfilling the E-Visa form in order to expedite the visa process:

-Upload personal photos according to the announced standard,

-Upload the first page of the passport according to the announced standard,

-Introduce your host in Iran, if you have,

-Mention the names of the hotels where you will stay (reservation),

-Upload your travel plan,

 It is recommended to apply for a tourist visa, preferably through travel agencies,

Applicants can obtain their authorization number via relatives, host parties for business in Iran, or via travel agencies related to Iran in Slovenia

Z namenom pospešitve postopka izdaje vizuma vas prosimo, da priložite sledeče:
- osebne fotografije v skladu z objavljenim standardom,
- prvo stran potnega lista v skladu z objavljenim standardom,- predstavitev gostitelja v Iranu, če ga imate,
- imena hotelov, v katerih boste bivali,
- načrt potovanja in obiskov različnih mest.

Priporočljivo je, da za turistični vizum zaprosite preko potovalne agencije.
